Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
We at Trayanics believe that satisfying the customer needs will improve their trust on us, in order to achieve that we only sell products that are of an excellent quality and every product is packed after having a thorough visual inspection. However if you are not satisfied with the product quality or you got a defective product then you can cancel the order immediately and raise the ticket for refund or replacement. Please read the following cancellation, return and refund policy for more details.
Cancellation:
Order cancellation need to be done before shipping. Once shipping is done it need to be gone through the return and replacement policy. Please refer to the respective Section. Kindly make sure you order as per your requirement.
Return:
If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person and contact our customer support mentioning your Order ID. A brand-new replacement will be dispatched to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Shipping charges for return will be borne by us in such cases.
Please take video while you unboxing the package, so it will be helpful in order to verify if there is any damage during shipment.
If you received the wrong product or damaged product, please let us know within 7 days.
First your request for return with clear reason has to be written to trayanicinfo@gmail.com. All the communication shall to be done via e-mail only.
The request for return is review by Ideal3d and may approve or reject or request for more details about the issue.
Once the request is approved pack the product in original packing, with your order number and courier/post to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. The shipping charges will be covered in your next order.
Refunds
Refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days after returning the product. Notification will be sent by email. Amount will be refunded in the same account which was used for payment. It will take 7-10 working days to get the refund amount depends upon respective the bank.
